Built-In Marketing Website Creator

One of the biggest improvements in this release is the addition of a built-in marketing website creator. You can now easily create an awesome professional-looking website and manage this together with the rest of your business directly from the Management Portal.

Download Invoices as PDF

We've been asked for this a lot so we know many of you will be happy that you and your customers can now easily download invoices as PDFs directly from the Customer and Management Portals.

Guided Site Onboarding Flow for New Sites

We've added a guided site onboarding flow for new sites, which will help streamline the process of setting up a new self storage location and getting it up and running smoothly.

Streamlined Prepayment Process

We've improved how prepayments work for ongoing unit rentals. You can now add a prepayment directly to an existing invoice (in addition to doing so in the unit rental page itself).

Automatic BCC of Invoice Emails

We've added the ability to BCC an email address on all invoice-related emails. This is perfect if you are looking to keep your own record of all invoices, reminders or billing-related notices sent out to your clients.

Better Support for Google Tag Manager

We've added improved support for Google Tag Manager and analytics events in the customer app, so you can track user behavior and better understand how customers are interacting with your self storage site.

Search by Custom Fields

We've made several improvements to the search function, including the ability to search by custom fields and the ability to search by user's address, phone, companyName, area (valet) and stored item's location (valet).

Automatically Skip a Failing Webhook

We've implemented a new feature that automatically skips a failing webhook after 4 retries. If you are using Storeganise integrated with other systems (e.g. access control), this will help avoid processes in Storeganise stopping in the case that the other system is unable to respond.

ISO Currency Code Support

We've added the Currency code field in the general settings, which allows you to specify the ISO currency code for your self storage business (e.g. USD, GBP) for better integration with other tools such as Google Tag Manager.

  

Unpaid Balance Tracking

We've added the unitRental.unpaidBalance field, which allows you to easily view the unpaid balance for each rental unit.
